Job summary

AbleLight in Cornelius, OR is seeking a Manager of Residential Operations to lead teams delivering person-centered care in a residential setting.

You will collaborate with clinical and operations leaders to onboard, train, and mentor new leaders, manage budgets, and improve quality and processes to support people we serve.

Qualifications

• Two to three years of experience in roles serving others and in leadership.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Requirements:

• Two to three years of previous experience in a work position, volunteer/community role, or educational setting that focuses on serving and helping others. Two to three years of previous leadership experience.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred
