Job summary

ROC ROYAL INC in Rochester, NY seeks a Manager of Programs to lead all programs and program sites. This role reports to the Executive Director and requires hands-on leadership to keep programs safe, mission-aligned, and well-staffed to achieve measurable youth and family outcomes.

The position entails regular site presence, staff coaching, and proactive communication with leadership on performance, staffing, and organizational priorities. Full-time, 40 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Oversee program operations across ROC ROYAL INC programs and sites.
• Lead staff supervision, coaching, and performance management to ensure safety and effectiveness.
• Monitor quality, compliance, and resource management; report progress to the Executive Director.
• Cultivate partnerships with families, schools, funders, and community partners to advance outcomes.

Job description

The Manager of Programs provides leadership, management, and oversight for all ROC ROYAL INC programs and program sites. Reporting to the Executive Director, this position ensures programs are safe, mission-aligned, fully staffed, and effectively managed to achieve measurable outcomes for youth and families. The Manager of Programs oversees program operations, supervises staff, monitors quality and compliance, manages resources, and builds strong relationships with families, schools, funders, and community partners. This is a hands-on leadership role requiring regular presence at program sites, staff coaching, problem-solving, and proactive communication with the Executive Director regarding program performance, staffing, and organizational priorities.
