Job summary

Qualifications

• U.S. Citizenship required; government security investigations may be required.
• 10+ years of pricing experience, preferably with US Gov't Defense contracts.
• BA/BS in business/finance or related field.
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA, preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced deadline-driven environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office products, especially Excel.
• Excellent English communication skills, both written and oral.

Responsibilities

• Lead development of cost and pricing models using MS Excel or ProPricer to support proposals and price list maintenance.
• Generate FAR compliant pricing volumes for Government RFPs and support audits.
• Lead pricing input to strategy as the lead Finance member on proposal teams.
• Lead pricing for hardware, development efforts and services.
• Coordinate with BD, PM, contracts, engineering and compliance to ensure models are compliant.
• Lead all phases of the proposal process from development to negotiations.
• Support monthly reporting and ad hoc financial analyses.
• Coordinate with CEO/COO/CFO and VP-level Finance on ad hoc analyses.

We are excited to announce that we have an opening in our Clarksburg, MD office for aPricing Manager. This role reports to the Director of Finance.

Responsibilities

• Leads the development of cost and pricing models using MS Excel or ProPricer in support of Thales pricing activities. These models will support proposal teams, stand‑alone pricing requests and price list maintenance and will be used to gain approval from senior management.
• Generate FAR compliant pricing volumes for submittal in response to Government RFPs, support DCAA/DCMA audits and support customer fact finding requests.
• Leads Apply pricing expertise and input to strategy while representing Finance as the lead member on proposal teams.
• Leads pricing activities for company manufactured hardware, engineering development efforts and services.
• Interact with individuals from business development, program management, contracts, engineering and compliance to ensure pricing models are flexible and compliant.
• Leads all phases of the proposal process from proposal development through negotiations.
• Leads and support finance team with monthly reports and ad hoc requests for financial analysis.
• Coordinates and works with Chief Executive Officer (CEO), Chief Operating Officer (COO), Chief Financial Officer (CFO), Vice President's and Finance counterparts on various ad hoc financial analyses.

The annualized pay range for this role is $137,015.10 to $175,074.85USD along with a target incentive compensation plan (ICP) of 10%. The pay range provided is a good faith estimate representative of the experience level for the role described above. TDSI considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate's work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
