Responsibilities

Manufacturing Engineering Manager

We are seeking a hands-on Manufacturing Engineering Manager with extensive experience in EMS, PCB, and PCBA contract manufacturing to lead engineering operations in a high-mix production environment. This role requires strong expertise in SMT manufacturing, process engineering, NPI, and complex electronic assemblies, along with proven leadership of large engineering teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead Manufacturing Engineering teams supporting PCB/PCBA production.
• Drive process improvements, yield enhancement, quality initiatives, and cost reduction.

Preferred Qualifications

• Lean Manufacturing and/or Six Sigma certification.

• Knowledge of AOI, SPI, automated test, and advanced SMT technologies.
