Campminder builds software for summer camps, enabling meaningful experiences for kids. We are seeking a leader to own the implementation and learning strategy and to set the roadmap for two pillars: Implementation and Learning.

You will manage and develop a team of content specialists and direct execution so camps launch confidently and independently. With 20+ years in the market, Campminder is stable and profitable, employing over 100 team members.

Qualifications

• Experience managing people and setting strategy for a SaaS business.
• Experience in Learning and Implementation roles with data-driven decisions.
• Ability to present work in high-stakes conversations.
