You will mentor IT teams, ensure alignment with business goals, manage budgets, scope, and timelines, and enforce security standards.

Qualifications

• B.S. in Information Technology or related field; master's degree preferred.
• 5+ years of IT leadership and project management experience.
• Experience with full life cycle of software development.
• Proven ability to manage a team and develop staff.
• Certifications such as PMP or ITIL are a plus.

We're seeking a Manager of IT / Senior Project Manager to lead the information technology strategy for one of our divisions within Arrowhead Intermediaries while overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of IT-related projects. This role ensures that technology goals align with business objectives, manages IT teams and drives project success from initiation through completion.

How You Will Contribute:

• Conduct thorough problem analysis regarding technical systems and application programs; document findings and propose problem resolution alternatives.
• Develop and implement IT strategies that support company goals and enhance operational efficiency.
• Lead, mentor, and manage IT teams, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
• Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of multiple complex IT projects, ensuring adherence to scope, timeline, and budget.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define project requirements, goals and deliverables.
• Ensure compliance with IT policies, standards, and best practices including security protocols.
• Collaborate with network staff to ensure smooth and reliable operation of software and systems for fulfilling business objectives and processes.
• Work at the highest level of all technical phases of programming; requires a high degree of creative thinking and the ability to use the accumulated knowledge and experience of others.
• Design and develop procedures, both manual and automated, to solve business opportunities.
• Highly self-motivated and directed, with keen attention to detail.

Skills & Experience to be Successful:

• B.S. in Information Technology or related field; master's degree preferred.
• 5+ years experience in IT leadership and managing IT coding projects.
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools.
• Experience with the full life cycle of software development.
• Experience with document management, vendor management, and website management.
• Experience managing a team, with a track record of setting goals, delegating effectively, and developing team members' skills.
• Excellent communication skills at all levels, teamwork, leadership, and independent motivation.
• Proven analytical and creative problem-solving abilities.
• Certification such as PMP, ITIL or similar are a plus.

Pay Range $100,000 - $120,000 Annual. The pay range provided above is made in good faith and based on our lowest and highest annual salary or hourly rate paid for the role and takes into account years of experience required, geography, and/or budget for the role.
