  • Donor Strategy & Engagement:
Develop customized strategies to renew and upgrade gifts. Maintain detailed, timely documentation of all donor interactions within the CRM.

  • Support Executive Team:
Assist the Senior Executive Team with donor prospecting, meeting prep, and stewardship of high-net-worth individuals in the Western U.S.

  • Additional Responsibilities:
Perform other tasks as needed to support the success of the team and broader organization.

Qualifications:

  • Proven ability to manage donor relationships and secure mid-level gifts.

  • Demonstrated success in qualifying, cultivating, and soliciting gifts of $5,000+ with measurable results.

  • Experience conducting regular, meaningful donor interactions, including in-person visits.

  • Strong organizational skills, goal-setting abilities, and strategic thinking.

  • Passion for serving military families and advancing a meaningful mission.

  • Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s preferred.

  • Valid driver’s license and acceptable Motor Vehicle Record (annual).

  • Must pass a criminal background check.

Work Environment & Travel:
  • General office setting with regular use of computer and phone.

  • Some lifting required (up to 10 lbs).

  • Must be able to operate a motor vehicle and travel for meetings, trainings, and donor events, including overnight trips.
