Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED with 4 years of related production experience.
• 1 year of experience leading projects or teams.
• Ability to obtain and maintain the final adjudicated U.S. Government Secret Clearance.
• Preferred: Active Secret DoD clearance, machinist or machine shop experience, aerospace manufacturing experience.
• Experience with SQDEC KPIs and production planning.

This role involves managing a team of employees, implementing production schedules, ensuring quality standards are met, and optimizing production processes to minimize costs and maximize productivity. The Manager General Manufacturing 1 works closely with other departments to ensure that aircraft are produced to meet customer demand, delivered on time, and meet the company's financial goals. They are also responsible for maintaining safe working conditions and complying with relevant regulations and industry standards. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives.
