Job Summary:
St. Joseph’s Foundation is seeking a dynamic and mission-driven Manager of Fundraising to lead and grow the Foundation’s annual giving initiatives in support of St. Joseph’s Hospital and Medical Center. This position is responsible for planning, organizing, and executing a comprehensive calendar of fundraising programs, including signature Foundation events, third-party fundraisers, direct mail campaigns, and employee giving initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the strategic planning and execution of annual fundraising events and third-party fundraisers to build community engagement and philanthropic support.
Manage a portfolio of annual donors, providing personalized stewardship and engagement opportunities with the goal of deepening relationships and increasing philanthropic support over time.
Manage the hospital’s annual employee giving campaign, cultivating internal champions and ensuring high participation and impact.
Develop and implement a compelling direct mail strategy to acquire, retain, and upgrade donors, in alignment with broader Foundation goals.
Collaborate with communications, development, and hospital leadership teams to create compelling messaging and donor experiences that inspire giving.
Perform other duties as assigned.
