Pax8 is seeking a Manager of FP&A in the United States for a remote role. You will shape financial decision-making, lead planning and forecasting, and partner with executives to drive AI-powered growth in a rapidly expanding cloud marketplace.

You’ll build a scalable, data-driven finance function, work with leadership, and advance modern planning practices in a dynamic tech environment.

Qualifications

• Experience partnering with business leaders in FP&A, corporate finance or related disciplines.
• Extensive knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, operating expense management and variance analysis.
• Proven expertise building financial models for decision-making and planning.
• Experience in SaaS, marketplace, subscription or high-growth environments.
• Strong capability with planning, reporting, and analytics platforms such as Pigment, NetSuite, Workday, Power BI, Excel.

Responsabilités

• Partner with business leaders to translate strategic priorities into actionable financial plans, forecasts and recommendations.
• Lead annual planning cycles and quarterly forecasts, guiding investments and resource allocation.
• Deliver reporting and insights to help leaders understand performance, identify opportunities and manage risks.
• Support executive performance management through KPI reporting and financial analysis.
• Collaborate across Finance, Accounting, People, Data, Strategy & Operations to improve planning discipline and reporting consistency.
• Develop models, business cases and scenario analyses to evaluate trade-offs.
• Identify opportunities to automate reporting and leverage AI-enabled tools for efficiency and insight.
• Translate complex financial information into clear, actionable recommendations for all stakeholders.
• Contribute to evolving a modern, scalable FP&A function to support long-term growth.

How You'll Make an Impact

• Partner with business leaders to turn strategic priorities into actionable financial plans, forecasts, and recommendations.
• Lead annual planning cycles and quarterly forecasting processes, helping teams prioritize investments, manage resources, and deliver against company goals.
• Deliver meaningful reporting and insights that help leaders understand performance, identify opportunities, and navigate risks.
• Support executive performance management through KPI reporting and financial analysis that drives informed decision-making.
• Collaborate across Finance, Accounting, People, Data, Strategy & Operations, and other functions to improve planning discipline and reporting consistency.
• Develop models, business cases, and scenario analyses that help evaluate trade-offs and guide resource allocation decisions.
• Identify and implement opportunities to automate reporting, improve workflows, and leverage AI-enabled tools to increase efficiency and insight.
• Simplify complex financial information into clear recommendations that resonate with both financial and non-financial stakeholders.
• Contribute to the continued evolution of a modern, scalable FP&A function designed to support long-term growth.
