Job summary

Divine Mercy Family of Parishes in Cincinnati seeks an experienced Manager of Finance to oversee the financial operations of our parishes and schools. The role requires strong accounting leadership, budget oversight, and compliance with Archdiocesan policies.

You will supervise payroll, tuition and benefits administration, prepare financial reports, and partner with parish leaders and school administrators on strategic financial planning for a multi-site Catholic system.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field.
• 3-5 years of accounting or financial management experience.
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
• Supervisory and nonprofit accounting experience preferred.
• Ability to work collaboratively and support the mission of the Catholic Church.

Divine Mercy Family of Parishes, consisting of Our Lady of the Visitation, St. Jude, and St. Joseph, is seeking an experienced Manager of Finance to oversee the financial operations of our parishes and schools.

Our parish family serves approximately 5,000 registered families and operates two K-8 schools and one preschool, serving approximately 1,300 students.

Position: Full-time, exempt, 12 months

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare financial reports, budgets, projections, and cash-flow analyses.
• Work with parish leadership, Finance Councils, and school administrators on financial planning and responsible stewardship.
