Mission Health, CarePartners Health Services in Asheville, NC, seeks a Manager of Facility Management to oversee daily facility operations and lead maintenance projects.

You will coordinate personnel and contractors, manage inventories, and ensure safety and regulatory compliance across our campuses within a large health system.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in engineering-related field with 3+ year experience in facility management.
• Associate’s Degree in engineering-related field or trade/technical certification or license, 5+ years experience with 3 years in supervisory role.
• 10+ years experience in facility management with 3 years in supervisory role.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the Facility Management department.
• Collaborate with the Director to arrange maintenance schedules and projects.
• Orchestrate personnel and contractors to complete building repairs and renovations.
• Maintain inventory of infrastructure assets, maintenance tools, and supplies; ensure safety and compliance.

Job Summary And Qualifications

The Manager of Facility Management is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the Facility Management department. In collaboration with the Director of Facility Management, the Manager of Facility Management is responsible for arranging maintenance schedules and projects, orchestrating personnel and contractors to complete building repairs and renovations, and maintaining inventory of infrastructure assets, maintenance tools, and supplies utilizing HCA Healthcare technology platforms. The Manager of Facility Management remains current and well-versed in federal and state regulatory code standards, and maintains the facility in a way that ensures the highest level of safety and compliance at all times.

What qualifications you will need:

• Bachelor’s Degree in engineering-related field with 3+ year experience in facility management OR
• Associate’s Degree in engineering-related field or trade/technical certification or license, 5+ years experience in facility management of which 3 years are in a supervisory role OR
• 10+ years experience in facility management of which 3 years are in a supervisory role Required

Preferred Education, Experience, and/or Credentials:

• Experience in facility management in an acute care setting
• Certified Healthcare Facility Manager (CHFM)
