Manager of Enterprise Sales – Public and Private Sector

TCP Software is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Enterprise Sales Manager to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for a software sales leader who thrives on coaching, managing, and growing a national sales team. You will provide structure, accountability, and guidance while developing strategies that drive new logo acquisition in both the commercial and SLED space. (State Government, Local Government, and Education).

We are looking for a motivational leader who leads by example, fosters trust, empowers their team, and inspires through open and collaborative communication.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of enterprise sales professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
  • Drive revenue growth by developing and executing strategic sales plans
  • Develop deep expertise in TCP Software’s solutions, technology, and capabilities to address customer challenges and deliver business outcomes.
  • Inspire and motivate the team through transparent communication, mentorship, and professional development initiatives.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product, and customer success teams to align sales strategies with business objectives.
  • Maintain a customer-centric approach, ensuring enterprise clients receive tailored solutions that drive long-term success.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in enterprise software sales, preferably within the HCM, workforce management, or HR Solution space
  • Solid experience navigating complex procurement processes, including RFPs, contracts, and compliance requirements specific to public sector and education sales
  • Proven leadership experience in software sales, with a track record of coaching and developing top talent.
  • Strong strategic thinking and ability to execute complex sales strategies in an enterprise setting.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to engage and influence senior executives
  • Ability to travel up to 30-50%
