Job summary

Natera is seeking a Lead for the Data Engineering & Delivery team within DSPE to build and maintain large-scale genomics data infrastructure. You will oversee ingestion pipelines, ETL processes, and data products supporting lab operations and clinical teams.

The role requires advanced degrees with 2+ years in regulated settings, leadership experience, and deep skills in SQL, Python, data visualization, and genomics workflows. Remote USA work with some travel supported.

Qualifications

• Master's degree with 5+ years industry experience or PhD with 2+ years.
• Minimum 2 years in a regulated environment such as CLIA or FDA.
• Management experience leading data teams.
• Proficiency in SQL, Python, data visualization, and genomics workflows.
• Experience with healthcare data and version control systems.

Responsibilities
