In this role, you will manage complex, mission-critical construction from design handoff through commissioning, ensuring scope, budget, schedule, safety, and quality standards are met. You will coordinate designers, contractors, and vendors; oversee MEP-intensive builds; manage contracts, change orders, and cost control; drive risk mitigation; and ensure code, safety, and security compliance. You’ll partner closely with operations and infrastructure teams for smooth handover and champion AWS’s customer-obsessed, high-ownership, data-driven culture while mentoring project teams.
