Description

At IBVI we have a mission of creating employment opportunities for the blind and visually impaired. We are looking for a motivated and experienced Manager of BSC Operations to join our mission-driven team. Reporting to the Senior Director of BSC Operations, you will manage the day-to-day operational activities of our BSCs. You will lead ERP/POS training, troubleshoot issues, and support Store Managers, ensuring operational efficiency and compliance.

A Typical Day: As the Manager of BSC Operations, your day will be dynamic and varied. You will spend a significant portion of your time on administrative tasks, generating reports, and assisting BSCs with operational issues. Regular touch base calls with each BSC, leading conference calls, and participating in leadership meetings will be part of your routine. You will also oversee the completion of daily sales reporting and ensure best practices are implemented across all BSCs.

Key Duties:

  • Implement best practices to improve operations and efficiencies at each BSC.
  • Troubleshoot general BSC operational issues.
  • Oversee BSC reporting metrics for AbilityOne sales and stocked percentages, and conduct best practice audits.

Qualifications

Qualifications:

  • Minimum two-year degree and 5 years of retail experience; or high school Diploma/GED and 7 years of retail experience.
  • Experience in government sales, marketing, or retail is required.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Strong knowledge of the AbilityOne BSC program.
