This is a full-time, temporary/fixed-term position with potential for longer-term opportunity and is 100% onsite in Fork Union, Virginia.
The Manager of Annual Giving will provide important continuity to the Development function while leading the execution of a comprehensive annual giving program during an organizational transition. This role will manage donor relationships and fundraising initiatives across individual giving, foundations, corporate partners, scholarships, student access, and grant funding while supporting an ambitious FY27 fundraising goal. Working closely with senior leadership and colleagues across Development, Communications, and Finance, this individual will have the opportunity to make an immediate impact while strengthening donor engagement and philanthropic support.
This full-time opportunity offers compensation of $30.00-$32.00 per hour, based on experience and qualifications, for a 40-hour workweek. This is a temporary/fixed-term assignment with the potential for longer-term or permanent employment depending on organizational needs and performance. The position is 100% onsite in Fork Union, Virginia, and may include occasional evening or weekend responsibilities and limited travel related to donor meetings, fundraising initiatives, alumni activities, or organizational events.
