Job summary

The Manager of Admissions will supervise the Assessment and Referral Services (ARC) department, oversee staffing and training, and ensure efficient admissions while maintaining accurate documentation.

Qualifications

• Master's in Social Work or related field required or preferred
• Clinical licensure (LMSW/LSCW) preferred
• Minimum 1 year supervisory experience in clinical setting
• Experience with behavioral and chemical dependency is preferred

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily ARC operations, including staffing and training.
• Maintain admissions processes and internal/external relationships.
• Serve as interim ARC Director when needed.
• Identify strategies to improve ARC performance and patient experience.
• Oversee intake calls and conduct assessments with accurate documentation.

Job Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily operations of the Assessment and Referral Services (ARC) department, focusing on hiring, training, and professional development of team members.
• Ensure departmental effectiveness through adequate staffing, smooth admissions processes, and strong internal and external relationships.
• Act as substitute for the Assessment and Referral Services Director as needed.
• Identify and implement strategies to enhance the performance of the ARC department and improve patient experience.
• Manage intake calls and conduct clinical assessments, documenting essential information and maintaining accurate records in electronic systems.

Qualifications

• Masters in Social Worker or related field
• Clinical Licensure (LMSW, LSCW, etc.) preferred
• Minimum of 1 year of supervisory experience, preferably in a clinical setting
• Preferred Behavioral and Chemical dependency
