Job summary

Royal Caribbean Group in Miami is seeking a Manager to join its Infrastructure Investment Finance Group. You will lead forecasting, budgeting, and reporting to give leadership a clear view of financial performance and support investment decisions.

You will manage a finance team, drive consistency in forecasting, develop dashboards and KPI tracking, and partner with cross-functional teams to translate operations into financial narratives for senior leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; master's desirable.
• 6+ years in finance with at least 2 years in management.
• Experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or accounting preferred.
• Strong accounting, analytical, research and financial analysis skills required.
• Strong financial acumen with budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis experience.
• Strong project management skills.
• Detail-oriented and well organized.
• Strong financial statement analysis background.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and financial reporting/BI tools (Power BI/Tableau) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Inspire and lead a team of finance professionals, mentoring and developing team members.
• Own the annual budget and long-range planning for the group, managing timelines and consolidation.
• Lead monthly and quarterly forecasting cycles with variance explanations.
• Manage multiple planning and reporting deliverables, coordinating with business partners.
• Develop and maintain management reporting packages, dashboards, and KPI tracking.
• Provide ad hoc financial modeling and business analysis for senior leadership.
• Report monthly and annual operating performance at initiative and portfolio level.
• Maintain portfolio financial analysis including updates to actuals and forecasts.
• Communicate key drivers and results in concise narratives; support decision making.
