Royal Caribbean Group in Miami is seeking a Financial Analyst to support the Newbuild Finance Senior Manager in managing a ~30B rolling 5-year portfolio across vessel revitalizations and newbuilds. You will analyze costs, forecasts, and risks, and collaborate with shipyards and leaders to drive informed decisions.
The role requires 1–3 years of experience, a finance-related degree, and strong Excel/financial modeling skills; PowerBI or Tableau experience is preferred.

The Royal Caribbean Group’s Newbuild Team has an exciting career opportunity for a full time Financial Analyst to the Newbuild Finance Senior Manager.
The position is onsite and based in Miami, Florida.

Position Summary:
This role offers the chance to work in a highly dynamic and innovative environment by providing critical financial support to RCG’s cutting-edge Newbuild and Innovation Organization.
The finance team is responsible for actively managing costs of the newbuild portfolio approximately $30Bon a rolling 5-year cyclerelated to current and future projects. The finance team supports the Newbuild and Innovation Organization by providing support to itsoperational and strategic processes and plays a critical role in fostering strong relationships with the shipyards.
The finance team collaborates closely with the project and operational leaders to manage the project financials, risk, and opportunities. Additionally, the finance team is responsible for maintaining effective financial processes and controls across projects and creating and delivering effective financial reports that enable timely decision making and are compliant with RCG’s procedures.
