Mastercard is seeking a Manager for Network Economics & Value Optimization to shape governance, pricing, and interchange policies globally. You will develop governance processes, dashboards, and KPI reporting, translating complex financial concepts into actionable guidance for senior stakeholders.

The Network Economics & Value Optimization (NEVO) team plays a critical role in shaping Mastercard's network economics by driving governance, strategic alignment, value optimization, and execution across pricing and interchange initiatives globally. The Team partners with regional teams, product organizations, finance, legal, compliance, and other business functions to ensure economics related decisions support Mastercard's growth strategy while maintaining consistency, transparency, and regulatory readiness. As Mastercard continues to expand its products, services, and ecosystem, the need for scalable governance frameworks, disciplined execution has never been greater. This role will support the development and management of governance processes, pricing and interchange policies, strategic initiatives, and performance management practices that help optimize value, improve decision making, and strengthen organizational accountability. This position offers a unique opportunity to influence high impact initiatives across the organization, providing visibility into critical business decisions while partnering with senior stakeholders to enhance governance, operational effectiveness, and commercial outcomes.

In line with Mastercard’s total compensation philosophy and assuming that the job will be performed in the US, the successful candidate will be offered a competitive base salary and may be eligible for an annual bonus or commissions depending on the role. The base salary offered may vary depending on multiple factors, including but not limited to location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
Pay Ranges Purchase, New York: $137,000 - $218,000 USD
