ABOUT THE ROLE
Peloton is seeking a highly motivated, data-driven Manager, Membership Retention, to join our Membership Strategy & Engagement team. This role is essential in driving churn prevention and member reactivation strategies through personalized, data-informed communications and lifecycle touchpoints.
We’re looking for a strategic thinker with a passion for lifecycle marketing, proven retention expertise, and a deep understanding of the customer journey. The base salary range represents the low and high end of the anticipated salary range for this position based at our New York City headquarters.
