Job summary

Ogden Regional Medical Center, part of HCA Healthcare, seeks a Manager Surgical to lead nursing practice on their unit(s). Under the Director, you will help plan standards, manage patient flow, and collaborate with physicians to ensure timely, high-quality care.

The role requires Utah licensure, 2+ years in supervisory nursing, a Bachelor’s degree within 3 years, BLS/ACLS, and rhythm interpretation training.

Qualifications

• Current Utah nursing license in good standing
• Minimum 2 years in a nursing supervisory position (including Clinical Supervisor role) with minimum 3 years clinical experience in an acute care nursing setting
• Bachelor’s degree required within 3 years of hire.
• American Red Cross or American Heart Association Basic Life Support Course (BLS or BCLS) and Certification.
• American Red Cross or American Heart Association Advanced Life Support Course (ALS or ACLS) and Certification.
• Basic Rhythm Interpretation Class required within six months of hire.
