Job Details

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Manager, Master Data Management to join our team. The Manager, Master Data Management will report to the Sr. Director, Data Management & Governance and will be responsible for defining and executing Cencora’s Enterprise MDM vision, strategy, rollout, and governance. This role requires a deep understanding of MDM best practices and the ability to lead a team of global MDM practitioners to achieve enterprise objectives.

Responsibilities include:

• Develop and implement master data management strategies utilizing SAP and Reltio platforms to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and reliability.
• Lead and mentor a team of MDM professionals to improve data quality and adhere to data standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define data governance policies and procedures specific to master data.
• Oversee the design and implementation of enterprise master data management solutions.
• Conduct regular audits of master data to identify and resolve data quality issues.
• Provide technical guidance on data integration processes to ensure efficient and accurate data flows.
• Stay current on industry trends in master data management and drive continuous improvement.
• Manage configuration and maintenance of material, vendor, and customer data in MDM applications.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define measurable OKRs and KPIs for MDM strategy.
• Manage the lifecycle of Data Domains from inception to production.
• Work with system integrators and vendors to deliver the enterprise MDM roadmap.
• Shape product roadmaps in collaboration with product vendors.
• Manage budgets, costs, and expenses related to MDM projects and infrastructure.

Experience and Educational Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Programming, Systems, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent work experience.
• At least 7 years of experience in Master Data Management technologies, including Reltio and SAP.
• At least 5 years in Data platforms (preferably Databricks), Data & Analytics (preferably Power BI), Integration, and SQL technologies.
• Experience managing global teams across geographies.
• Experience in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industries.
• Expertise in Reltio MDM and SAP MDM.
• Experience managing remote teams and delivering quality solutions.
• Knowledge of cloud-based platforms.
• Familiarity with OKRs and KPIs.
• Ability to generate ideas and pursue them to deliver business value.
• Broad understanding of information systems and architecture standards.
• Experience working in global, cross-functional project teams.
• Strong analytical skills for complex problems across business areas.
• Experience designing, developing, and testing applications using various technologies.

Salary Range*

$121,000 - $186,230
