What We Need

This isn’t a typical strategy role - it’s a seat at the table where category-defining ideas are built. We’re seeking a high-impact strategist to partner with iHeartMedia’s top-performing sellers (top 2% nationally) to unlock transformative, multi-million dollar revenue opportunities for the world’s leading brands. The Manager, Marketing Strategy will play a critical role within the iHeart Innovation Lab—our in-house engine for breakthrough thinking, premium storytelling, and scalable marketing solutions. This role is built for someone who doesn’t just respond to briefs, they reframe them. You’ll be responsible for turning business challenges into bold, insight-driven platforms that span broadcast, streaming, podcasting, influencers, social, live events, and experiential. The ideal candidate brings a proven track record of developing big ideas that drive measurable business outcomes, someone who understands how to blend data, creativity, and storytelling into programs that not only sell, but scale. You should be equally comfortable leading a high-stakes client pitch as you are rolling up your sleeves to shape the narrative, structure the opportunity, and bring internal teams along for the ride.

Compensation

Salary to be determined by multiple factors including but not limited to relevant experience, knowledge, skills, other job-related qualifications, and alignment with market data. $96,000 - $120,000
