3STEP Sports is seeking a Manager, Marketing & Graphic Design – Volleyball, Top Court Events, to lead day‑to‑day marketing execution and hands‑on design for Girls Volleyball brands. The role combines social media, email, and website management with on‑site design for events.

You will own content calendars, collaborate with brand leaders and external partners, and drive creative initiatives to grow engagement and registrations. This is a full‑time, exempt position based in a multi‑city setting.

Qualificações

• 1–3 years of design experience (agency or in‑house).
• 1–3 years of marketing experience, with exposure to social media, email, website management, and analytics.
• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop; familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite and Canva is a plus.
• Strong sense of layout, typography, and color, with ability to follow brand guidelines while pushing creativity.
• Strong communication and organizational skills, able to manage feedback and prioritize projects.
• Self‑starter with comfort in a fast‑paced youth sports environment.

Responsabilidades

• Graphic Design: Design social graphics, event promo & signage, website banners and email assets.
• Create and maintain branded templates and digital assets across brands while preserving distinct identities.
• Collaborate with brand leadership and national marketing to drive growth through creative initiatives.
• Marketing Management: Own day-to-day social content calendars, posting cadence, and community management for Top Court Events.
• Collaborate with external partners and agencies to support social media for joint events.
• Drive email marketing strategy, content, and segmentation to support registrations.
• Manage Top Court Events brands’ websites, including copywriting, landing pages, SEO, and updates.
• Build and maintain marketing calendars across social, email, and web based on events.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders (brand leaders, event directors, national marketing) and external partners/sponsors.
• Hire/contract content creators or agencies for on-site social at Combat brand events.
• Coordinate cross-brand collaboration for site events and campaigns.

About The Position

Job Title: Manager, Marketing & Graphic Design – Volleyball, Top Court Events

Department: Volleyball & Corporate

Reports to: Senior Director Marketing, Corporate

Employment Type: Full-time/Exempt/Salary

Location: Onsite based in either Boston, MA, or Conshohocken, PA, or Glenview, IL, or Louisville, TN

Travel/Schedule (Brands): Monday-Friday business hours plus evenings and weekend hours as needed with travel to our sites, tournaments and events locally and/or nationally

Position Overview

The Manager, Marketing & Graphic Design – Volleyball, Top Court Events is a newly created position as an individual contributor subject matter expert who will lead the day-to-day marketing execution and graphic design for our Girls Volleyball division. This is a well-rounded role for a marketer who will own the digital footprints (social media, email, and website) while also bringing hands‑on graphic design skills to the brands.

Key Responsibilities

Graphic Design

• Design social graphics, event promo & signage, website banners and email assets for Top Court Events.
• Create and maintain branded templates and digital assets that flex across various brands while maintaining distinct visual identities.
• Collaborate with brand leadership and the national marketing team to drive growth through creative initiatives.

Marketing Management

• Own day-to-day social content calendars, posting cadence, and community management for the Top Court Events.
• Collaborate closely with external partners and agencies to support day–to‑day social media for joint events.
• Drive email marketing performance (strategy, content, and segmentation) to support registration.
• Manage the Top Court Events brands websites, including copywriting, landing page creation, link management, SEO, and basic site updates.
• Build and maintain marketing calendars across social, email, and web based on the event and programming needs of each Volleyball brand.
• Manage and hire contractor content creators or agency partners to support on‑site social coverage at Combat brand events, capturing and publishing real‑time content.
• Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders such as brand leaders, event directors, and the national marketing team, in addition to external stakeholders such as key partners, joint events and sponsors.

Requirements

• Volleyball team or athletic experience is preferred
• 1–3 years of design experience (agency or in-house), including internships or freelance work.
• 1–3 years of marketing experience, with well‑rounded exposure to social media, email, website management, and analytics.
• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop required; familiarity with the broader Adobe Creative Suite and/or Canva a plus.
• A strong sense of layout, typography, and color, with the ability to adapt to brand guidelines while pushing creative boundaries.
• A strong understanding of marketing principles and digital trends.
• Strong communication and organizational skills—you can take a vision and bring it to life while managing feedback and prioritizing projects.
• A self‑starter who is comfortable in a fast‑paced youth sports environment.

Work Environment

This job operates in a professional office environment and also in an outdoor environment during events.
