We’re looking for a strategic, data‑driven leader to join Grubhub’s Paid Media team as Manager, Marketing Analytics. In this high‑impact role you’ll lead paid media efforts around measurement, attribution, experimentation, and performance insights across channels. You’ll partner with Growth, Finance, Product, and Engineering to develop and operationalize a marketing analytics roadmap that powers smarter investment decisions.

Partner with internal media teams to translate findings into actionable optimization strategies.
- Insight Generation & Experimentation: Conduct deep‑drive analyses to uncover trends, identify growth opportunities, and develop hypotheses for testing. Champion experimentation (A/B, holdouts, incrementality) to inform marketing strategy and improve ROI.
- Data Infrastructure & Reporting Automation: Partner with Product, Engineering, and Paid Media Marketing to ensure clean and reliable data pipelines, marketing taxonomy, and automated, centralized reporting infrastructure. Own marketing data integrity, including UTM governance, media tracking, and dashboard accuracy.
- Cross‑Functional Collaboration: Serve as a trusted thought partner to Marketing, Finance, Product, and Engineering. Translate complex analyses into simple, actionable insights that guide investment and strategy decisions.
- MarTech Execution & Integration: Support and maintain marketing technology tools, ensuring clean data flows between ad platforms, the MMP, the CDP, tag managers, and the internal data warehouse. Stay updated on new tools and privacy shifts to upgrade our setup and improve measurement.
- Budgeting, Forecasting & ROI Analysis: Support Grubhub’s Marketing Mix Modeling (MMM) approach to inform strategic planning, channel investment allocation, and performance forecasting.
