Job description

Candidates must live within a reasonable commuting distance of the communities served by Travis Credit Union, which include the following counties: Alameda, Colusa, Contra Costa, Merced, Napa, Placer, Sacramento, San Joaquin, Solano, Sonoma, Stanislaus, and Yolo. For hybrid and remote roles, candidates are still required to reside within a commutable distance of our corporate headquarters in Vacaville, California.

We are unable to sponsor or assume sponsorship of employment visas for this position. Candidates must have current authorization to work in the U.S. (no sponsorship available).

Schedule: Monday-Friday, Exempt, hybrid work arrangement with occasional onsite work at the corporate office in Vacaville.

Summary

Marketing managementoversees the marketing campaigns for Travis Credit Union’s (TCU) products & brands that align with the organization’s strategic drivers. This role is responsible for supporting lead generation efforts and creating campaigns with crucial internal stakeholders to meet TCU’s sales goals.

Profile

• Manages all marketing operations, programs and branding for the company and activities within the Marketing department.
• Overseas marketing campaigns for traditional, online, digital, and social media, ensuring best-in-class methodology.
• Develops, plans and implements promotional campaigns with Marketing leadership.
• Implements strategic lead generation campaigns resulting in quantitative metrics and forecasting.
• Responsible for final campaign copy and creative.
• Owns Marketing employees’ professional development. Responsible for individual career growth focused on professional growth and team building.
• Working with TCU’s Marketing Analytics team, will build complex marketing programs focused on results and reporting capabilities.
• Active contributor to the design and development of a Marketing Center of Excellence.
• Monitors and reports on the effectiveness of marketing communications.
• Works closely with the internal Creative and Marketing teams, assisting with new product/campaign launches.
• Maintains effective internal communications to ensure that all relevant organization functions are kept informed of marketing objectives.
• Analyzes potential strategic partner relationships for company marketing.
• Overall responsibility for brand management and corporate identity.

• Desired system experience: CRM, Cloud email platforms, Tableau, project management tracking tools.

• Proven experience with successful life cycle marketing campaign strategy and execution.
• Proven experience in optimizing successful marketing channels: email, digital, print & ad, website and social campaigns.

• Successful with operating within high profile roles while managing Agile workload and delivery schedules.
• Strong problem-solving ability, detail-oriented including marketing metrics-driven thinking.
• Experienced Executive and C-Level presenter.

Reporting and Experience

• Reports directly to assigned department leadership.
• Direct supervisory responsibilities for assigned Marketing department staff.
• BA/BS in Marketing, Advertising or related field; or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum of 5 years in managing brand and lead generation marketing teams.
• Minimum of 5 years in Financial, Banking or Credit Union industry.

Compensation

• Manager, Marketing: Grade 20:$127,712.00 - $157,768.00
