Travis Credit Union is seeking a Branch Manager to lead a high-performance team in our local branch. The role focuses on member experience, asset growth, and efficient operations while developing employees’ careers and delivering tailored financial solutions.
The candidate will manage branch performance, engage in community events, and ensure compliance with Bank Secrecy Act and regulatory requirements. Schedule includes weekdays with occasional Saturdays.”
Schedule: Monday - Friday 9:00am-6:00pm, occasional Saturdays 9:30am-2:30pm
Candidates must live within a reasonable commuting distance of the communities served by Travis Credit Union, which include the following counties: Alameda, Colusa, Contra Costa, Merced, Napa, Placer, Sacramento, San Joaquin, Solano, Sonoma, Stanislaus, and Yolo. For hybrid and remote roles, candidates are still required to reside within a commutable distance of our corporate headquarters in Vacaville, California.

Working Conditions: Work is generally performed within an office environment, with standard office equipment available and usually sedentary in nature. Must be flexible with work schedule to include working Saturdays.
Understands the requirements of the Bank Secrecy Act and ensures compliance through monitoring and reporting of member activity as appropriate.
