Job summary

Allison Transmission is seeking a Manager of Manufacturing Engineering in Indianapolis to lead multiple lines and departments within Plant Operations. You will supervise salaried staff and influence a large hourly workforce while ensuring safe, on-time, cost-efficient production.

Your role focuses on TPM, autonomous maintenance, and OEE improvement, driving continuous improvement and lean principles across manufacturing areas.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent experience required.
• 3+ years of prior supervisory experience in manufacturing.
• 5+ years supervisory experience preferred.

The Manager directly oversees one or more salaried supervisors with indirect management over a large group of hourly employees.
