Carter's Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Manager for their Stockbridge Distribution Center. This role involves leading a maintenance team, overseeing operations, and collaborating across departments to ensure efficient facility maintenance. Candidates should have leadership experience in an industrial environment, strong interpersonal skills, and knowledge of maintenance processes.

This position is responsible for the maintenance department, facilities, grounds and infrastructure within the Stockbridge and Griffin Distribution Centers.
This role typically reports into the Senior Director, General Manager of the Stockbridge Distribution Center, has responsibility of all maintenance shifts. This position is based in our Stockbridge Distribution Center. This role leads and develops at least 1 maintenance supervisor and at least 20 non-exempt Maintenance roles across three operating shifts with occasional need for night/weekend/holiday hours and occasional travel to Buckhead and/or other DCs.
