Toray Composite Materials America in Moore, SC, is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead and supervise the maintenance department. Responsibilities include overseeing daily maintenance tasks, developing maintenance programs, and fostering a safe work environment.
The ideal candidate will have 8-10 years of experience, possess a technical degree, and be knowledgeable in safety and compliance regulations. Strong leadership and interpersonal skills are essential for this role.
Provide leadership, training, and direct supervision the maintenance department personnel. Responsibilities include maintaining a high awareness of quality, safety, and teamwork within the team, coordinating daily maintenance activities, planning scheduled maintenance and p.m. tasks, and developing and maintaining CMA's mechanical integrity plan.
This position requires use of information which is subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and/or the Export Administration Regulations (EAR). Ability to utilize interpersonal and teamwork skills, perform basic mathematical computations, follow directions and to understand and apply work specifications in the completion of work tasks. The ability to hear, speak, use hands/fingers and the repetitive motions of hands/wrists are occasional. Ability to occasionally lift up to 40 pounds. Vision abilities require the adjustment and focus of sight. Ability to be physically mobile. Ability to wear a respirator when performing inspections and/or investigations.
