Job summary

Kids for the Future is seeking a Maintenance Manager in Ellenwood, GA to oversee the maintenance operations of the assigned terminal, maximize vehicle uptime, and control costs. You will implement maintenance processes, conduct shop audits, and promote safety and efficiency for the team.

Qualified candidates have a minimum of three years managing a maintenance facility, knowledge of DOT/OSHA standards, and willingness to travel occasionally.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of three years of experience managing a maintenance facility.
• Knowledge of DOT standards of repairs and maintenance preferred.
• Knowledge of OSHA regulations regarding terminal facility preferred.
• Available for occasional travel.

PURPOSE

To manage the maintenance operations of assigned terminal for the purpose of maximizing vehicle uptime, controlling costs, improving shop efficiency, and workforce retention

PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES
