Baker Tilly US is expanding its M&A Tax practice and seeks a Manager to deliver transaction advisory services for diverse clients. You will work across privately held and public companies, PE funds, banks and other stakeholders, developing strategies for complex deals.

Open to location, you will interact with Partners, model transactions, prepare analyses and lead due diligence. Strong tax and financial analysis skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting or related field required.
• Graduate degree with 4 years of related work experience or CPA/JD/LLM is expected.
• Demonstrated analytical and communication skills with strong MS Office proficiency.

Responsabilités

• Interact with Partners on client and engagement management.
• Model financial transactions for valuation, structuring and negotiation.
• Prepare memoranda and presentations describing client attributes and industries.
• Analyze tax aspects of acquisition and merger agreements and draft tax opinions.
• Identify tax risks and opportunities; advise on alternative tax strategies.
• Review tax computations in financial models and analyze tax data.
• Data gathering, document review and report preparation.
• Research and financial analysis of target companies.
• Due diligence for buy and sell side transactions.
• Transaction structuring for tax and accounting issues.
• Provide negotiation support and client service.
• Participate in marketing and recruiting activities.

Formation

Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting or related field

Graduate degree (e.g., JD/LLM) with 4 years related experience
