Responsibilities
  1. Advise clients on corporate tax services, including planning, research, and M&A activities.
  2. Deliver due diligence and tax structuring services as part of a multidisciplinary team.
  3. Assist with technical tax issues involving various entity types.
  4. Support clients with current issues like bankruptcy planning, debt restructuring, and tax studies.
  5. Develop and mentor team members.
  6. Uphold integrity, professionalism, and a respectful work environment.
Qualifications
  1. At least five years of recent federal tax or M&A experience in a relevant setting.
  2. Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
  3. Licensed CPA, EA, or JD/LLM, with a one-year window to obtain if not already licensed.
  4. Broad knowledge of corporate tax matters across industries.
  5. Strong multitasking and communication skills.
