Job summary

Recruito is seeking a senior M&A advisor to lead integration and carve-out strategy for complex transactions in the United States. You will manage standalone, synergy, IT, and commercial diligence projects and lead discussions with clients, investors, and senior stakeholders.

You will identify risks, quantify synergies, and develop value creation strategies while building and mentoring deal teams and supporting business development initiatives, including India platform growth.

Qualifications

• Experience in consulting, M&A, or transaction advisory.
• Strong team leadership and client management skills.
• Strong financial and operational analysis skills.
• Experience with private equity or cross-border engagements is preferred.
