Job summary

Johnson & Johnson MedTech is seeking a Manager, Logistics Workstream Leader (Dynamo Deployment) to drive the North America Logistics process alignment for the Transcend program in a primarily Raritan, NJ location. You will lead a team across process leads and SMEs to ensure readiness, testing, and adoption of the global OTC template.

The role collaborates with cross-functional teams, manages data readiness, and supports cutover planning.

Qualifications

Minimum four (4) years of related business experience in Supply Chain or Order to Cash processes.
Subject‑matter expertise in Logistics and Order‑to‑Cash capabilities within an SAP environment.
Proven ability to drive timely decisions and execution against plans while managing risk.

Responsibilities

Lead Logistics participation in solution confirmation workshops aligning to order management and Logistics requirements.
Serve as Logistics business representative providing guidance on global/local process requirements.
Drive Logistics change impact assessment and readiness planning across the O2C deployment.
Represent Logistics in system demos and design reviews with structured feedback.
Oversee Logistics data readiness including cleansing, validation and deployment readiness.
Define and govern Logistics test scenarios to support end-to-end O2C validation.
Lead validation activities for the Logistics workstream through testing and business simulations.
Assess and communicate solution impacts to Logistics KPIs, service levels, and customer experience.
Ensure Logistics SOPs are updated, completed and approved prior to deployment.
Provide leadership support for cutover planning, training execution, go-live, and stabilization.

We are searching for the best talent for Transcend: Manager, Logistics Workstream Leader, MedTech – Dynamo Deployment. We are seeking a Logistics WorkStream Lead to play a critical role in ensuring the pre-defined global Transcend Order‑to‑Cash (OTC) template effectively supports the North America Logistics business processes for DC network strategies. This role is duration based and will conclude on or around March 2029. Remote work options may be considered on a case‑by‑case basis and if approved by the Company for US based candidates. This role partners with functional and cross‑functional teams to represent Logistics requirements, validate template build decisions, and ensure solutions are practical, scalable, and adoption‑ready for end users. The role champions the Transcend Dynamo solution within Logistics, guiding process alignment, testing, and change enablement to ensure readiness, consistency, and successful deployment. The position will directly lead a team comprised of process leads and Logistics SMES representing the various business units in scope for North America.

Key Responsibilities

Lead Logistics participation in solution confirmation workshops, ensuring alignment to order management and Logistics requirements
Serve as a Logistics business representative, providing guidance on global, local, and specialized process requirements and resolving functional questions
Drive Logistics change impact assessment and readiness planning across the O2C deployment
Represent Logistics in system demos and design reviews, providing structured, strategic feedback
Oversee Logistics data readiness, including data cleansing, validation, and deployment preparedness
Define and govern Logistics test scenarios to support end‑to‑end O2C validation
Lead validation activities for the Logistics workstream through integrated testing and business simulations
Assess and communicate solution impacts to Logistics KPIs, service levels, and customer experience
Ensure Logistics SOPs are updated, completed, and approved prior to deployment
Provide leadership support for cutover planning, training execution, post‑go‑live deployment, and early‑life stabilization activities

Qualifications

Education

Minimum of a Bachelor’s or equivalent University Degree

Required

Minimum four (4) years of related business experience in Supply Chain or Order to Cash Processes
Subject‑matter expertise in Logistics and Order‑to‑Cash capabilities within an SAP environment
Ability to drive timely decision‑making and execution against defined plans while managing risk and dependencies
Strong self‑leadership, with the ability to operate effectively in ambiguity, manage competing demands, and demonstrate resilience during transformation
Ability to balance and align diverse stakeholder priorities to enable consistent process adoption and business readiness
Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills to assess current‑state processes, identify gaps and inefficiencies, and drive continuous improvement
Proficiency with SAP including modules relevant to the Value Stream, (i.e. Allocation Management, Inventory Planning, Order Fulfillment).

Preferred

Experience in the MedTech industry.

Other

Ability to travel up to 20% of the time both domestically and internationally.

The anticipated base pay range for this position is

$102,000.00 - $177,100.00

Additional Description For Pay Transparency

Subject to the terms of their respective plans, employees are eligible to participate in the Company’s consolidated retirement plan (pension) and savings plan (401(k)). This position is eligible to participate in the Company’s long-term incentive program.
