Job description

Coral Care Manager, Lifecycle & Referral Growth New York, NY · Full time

Build and scale the systems that turn referrals into care. Own Coral Care’s lifecycle engine across parents and providers, with a focus on referral programs, partner tracking, and HubSpot infrastructure.

About Coral Care

At Coral Care, we believe families should never have to fight for the care their children need. Millions of young children in the U.S. experience developmental delays, yet parents often face long waitlists and complex systems. Our mission is to change that by making high-quality pediatric therapy accessible at home and in the community. We are a platform powering a two-sided marketplace: helping families connect with trusted, local speech, occupational, and physical therapists who accept insurance, and supporting providers in building thriving private practices within their own communities. Since launching in 2023, Coral Care has delivered thousands of therapy sessions and expanded across multiple states. We are a fast-growing, mission-driven team with a culture of compassion, collaboration, and momentum — and we are just getting started.

Description

Coral Care is building a trusted brand at the intersection of consumer and health. Families come to us when something feels off with their child. Clinicians join us to build meaningful practices without burning out.

We are a Series A company expanding across multiple markets. As we grow, we need stronger systems behind how referrals, partners, and providers convert into active care.

This role owns those systems.

What You’ll Own
Parent Lifecycle
  • Architect and optimize the parent journey from first touch through ongoing care
  • Build nurture flows that educate, build trust, and improve conversion
  • Improve conversion from inquiry to evaluation to active care
  • Develop re‑engagement campaigns for abandoned or dormant leads
Provider Referral & Activation
  • Build and manage provider referral programs
  • Design provider lead nurture and activation journeys
  • Improve provider ramp speed and retention through structured communication
Partner Referral Programs
  • Design and operationalize referral tracking for partners
  • Build attribution systems that clearly measure partner‑driven growth
  • Create reporting dashboards that make referral performance visible
  • Identify drop‑offs in partner‑driven funnels and implement improvements
Systems & Infrastructure
  • Own HubSpot marketing architecture and automation end to end
  • Build segmentation, triggered messaging, and lifecycle workflows
  • Ensure referral source tracking is clean, consistent, and actionable
  • Partner with Brand and Marketplace Ops to align messaging and capacity
What Success Looks Like
  • Referral sources are accurately tracked and measurable
  • Partner‑driven leads convert at higher rates
  • Provider referral programs drive predictable growth
  • HubSpot is structured, automated, and scalable
  • Lifecycle systems reduce manual coordination and increase clarity
What We’re Looking For
  • Deep hands‑on experience owning HubSpot or similar CRM
  • Experience building referral programs or partner attribution systems
  • Strong lifecycle and automation expertise
  • Comfort working in early‑stage environments
  • Analytical rigor paired with strong operational follow‑through
  • Self‑starter and self‑sufficient. Able to operate as a team of one.

Experience in consumer marketplaces, subscription businesses, healthtech, or trust‑based categories is a plus. Healthcare experience is not required.

This Role Is Not
  • A paid acquisition role
  • A pure brand role
  • A high‑level strategy‑only position

This is a hands‑on builder role focused on systems, referrals, and scalable infrastructure.

Benefits
  • Competitive medical coverage for you and your family
  • Meaningful equity ownership in a growing Series A company
  • Generous PTO policy plus paid holidays
  • Paid parental leave
  • Hybrid work model

  • The opportunity to build durable infrastructure in a mission‑driven company
