The Position

Main Activities and Responsibilities:

Reporting to the FIFA Senior Licensing & Retail Manager, the Licensing & Retail Venue Manager will be a key member of the team delivering the FIFA Club World Cup 25 Onsite Retail project. The Licensing & Retail Venue Manager will oversee the Miami Hard Rock Stadium Retail operation, managing the day-to-day relationship with the appointed retail partner and ensuring operational retail excellence for FCWC25. The role will be the primary contact for all internal functions related to licensing and retail operations, including FIFA Commercial Affiliates (sponsors), department reporting, and analytics as needed.

The main responsibilities include:

  • Managing the appointed official FCWC25 retail partner, including developing and executing operational timelines and deliverables.
  • Communicating FCWC25 tournament updates regularly to relevant internal and external stakeholders.
  • Attending daily Venue Meetings during the Tournament.
  • Ensuring FIFA Store readiness at every Match Day for all retail outlets at the venue.
  • Ensuring all FIFA Stores operate smoothly at optimal capacity.
  • Providing status reports and sales analytics as required.

  • Strong negotiation, communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects across different time zones.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, adaptable, and capable of meeting tight deadlines.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio & Project) and planning software.
