Position Overview

This role is based in Miami and reports to the FIFA Senior Licensing & Retail Manager. The Licensing & Retail Venue Manager will oversee the Miami Hard Rock Stadium Retail operation, managing the relationship with the retail partner and ensuring operational excellence during the FIFA Club World Cup 2025 and FIFA World Cup 2026.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage daily operations of the official retail partner at the venue
  • Coordinate communication between internal teams and external stakeholders
  • Participate in daily Venue Meetings during the tournament
  • Ensure FIFA Store readiness and optimal operation at each match day
  • Provide sales and status reports as needed
Candidate Profile

Ideal candidates will demonstrate accountability, decision-making skills, inclusivity, innovation, leadership, and strategic vision. They should have a minimum of 5 years’ experience in retail, event retail operations, licensing, or account management, with a bachelor’s degree. Fluency in English is required; Spanish is an asset. Strong organizational, negotiation, communication, and problem-solving skills are essential. Proficiency in MS Office and planning software is expected.
