The full salary range for this position is $80,000 - $121,007 annually. This range represents the full earning potential for the role, including opportunities for salary growth over time based on performance, tenure, and organizational budget. The anticipated hiring range is $80,000 - $105,529, with salaries generally capped at 105% of the midpoint ($105,529) to support growth. Experience considered includes relevant role experience and total working experience across all fields, including internships, part-time work, and consulting. Salary offers are determined collaboratively with the hiring manager and the People and Culture team based on the candidate's experience and qualifications.
