Kepler (the marketing entity described) is seeking an Associate Strategy Director in New York to lead a team of up to 15 digital media experts and own client relationships. The role requires deep understanding of clients' business issues, strong quant and communication skills, and accountability for delivering client impact.
The candidate will guide digital media planning, tactics, negotiations, design, and measurement, while managing senior client discussions and cross-functional collaborators.

The Associate Strategy Director will manage a team of up to 15 digital media experts and be accountable for the success of multiple client relationships. As a client leader, you'll be responsible for deeply understanding clients' business issues and goals and be the advisor to client leadership. This position demands strong quant and communication skills, a sense of personal accountability, a passion for delivering client impact, and a desire to be part of a tightly‑knit team that's out to change the industry.
Base Salary: $117,000 - $130,000
Target Annualized Discretionary Bonus: 5% ($5,850 - $6,500)
Target Total Cash: $122,850 - $136,500
