Job Description:

We are seeking a Lead Associate Supply Chain Planner to ensure inventory planning for all Rx and Srx products meets market demands. The role involves collaborating with various teams to facilitate product launches, batch releases, inventory reconciliations, and supply planning activities.

Responsibilities:

• Manage inventory planning for all Rx and Srx products to meet market demands.
• Collaborate with project management, marketing, packaging, and procurement teams for new product launches.
• Coordinate with External Manufacturing and quality teams on batch releases.
• Perform inventory reconciliations and manage master data in accordance with SOP and MRP requirements.
• Work with customer service and quality teams on product returns and dispositions.
• Maintain and update monthly scorecards for co-packers and suppliers; resolve SAP Red Lights.
• Complete monthly supply planning cycles and coordinate procurement activities.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
• Proficiency in ERP systems such as SAP-S4 Hana and Kinaxis.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams.
• Excellent communication, analytical, organizational, and negotiation skills.
