Job summary

Mount Sinai Medical Center is seeking a qualified Lab Supervisor to oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual quality reporting within the Laboratory Administration. You will review Critical Value reports and forward actionable items to the appropriate manager, ensuring accuracy in quality measures.

Ideal candidates have Florida licensure and 3–5 years in supervision within a clinical lab, with CAP experience and strong data reporting skills.

Qualifications

• Licensed Lab Supervisor or eligible in Florida.
• 3-5 years in a supervisory role in a clinical lab.
• Experience with CAP audits and quality reporting.

Responsibilities

• Compiles monthly, quarterly and annual quality reports.
• Reviews Critical Value reports and forwards actionable items to the manager.
• Tabulates reports that impact laboratory quality reporting for the admin and medical directors.
• Reviews incident reports and includes them in quality measures.
• Assists with CAP Laboratory General checklist review and recommends changes.
