Bring your experience and ideas to a position that oversees the development of fully supported cost proposals based on RFPs received from the United States Government for both follow‑on and new business opportunities. A primary job focus is working closely with Military Program Management, Contracts, Pricing and Business Operations to shape, develop and lead a team of technical estimators to build fully substantiated cost proposals. This position plays a key role in leading the development of negotiation strategies and conducting negotiations with USG customer for new and follow‑on contract awards. This role oversees the cost estimating team effort in accordance with the request for proposal (RFP) specifications. The oversight of fully substantiated Basis of Estimates with detailed analysis with comparisons to support proposal efforts and respond to USG auditors in a timely manner are important.
