Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking an IT Solution Delivery leader to drive enterprise-wide projects and align with business partners on delivery roadmaps. You will oversee maintenance, communicate with senior leadership, and manage internal/external stakeholder relationships, while coaching team members in technical and analytical production.

The role emphasizes strong knowledge of interoperability, HL7 FHIR, SMART on FHIR, ePA, and RISK ADJUSTMENT in healthcare environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or advanced degree (where required).
• 3+ years leading IT deployment teams.
• 8+ years of experience in related field.
• In lieu of degree, 10+ years of experience in related field.
• Bonus points: SMART on FHIR, ePA, HEDIS, FHIR IGs, and Hospital Information Systems roles.
• Knowledge of interoperability and HL7 FHIR, and FHIR work groups (DaVinci, Carin, Sequoia, NCQA, CMS).

• Leads an IT Solution Delivery team responsible for the successful delivery of enterprise-wide projects.
• Aligns and guides business partners and collaborates on Delivery roadmap to meet KPIs and Milestones.
• Manages ongoing maintenance of related systems.
• Delivers complex communication of status and issues to senior leadership, VPs, and stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
• Accountable for managing relationships with internal and external business stakeholders, vendors, and other delivery partners.
• Performs analytic functions and coaches team members in technical and analytical production.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or advanced degree (where required)
• 3+ years plus of leading IT deployment teams.
• 8+ years of experience in related field.
• In lieu of degree, 10+ years of experience in related field.
• Bonus Points: Payer/Provider clinical data exchange use-cases background in SMART on FHIR Applications and strategies, Electronic Prior Authorization (ePA), Quality Care Gaps, Risk Adjustment (HCCs), HEDIS, FHIR Implementation Guides, Epic Payer Platform integration and operations, or similar experiences on the Hospital Information Systems roles for the same criteria.
• Knowledge in interoperability and HL7 FHIR, FHIR work groups and governing bodies (Da Vinci, Carin, Sequoia, NCQA, CMS, etc.)
