Qualifications

• 3-7 years of experience in ERP administration, business systems, IT operations, data management, or a related field.
• Hands-on experience administering and optimizing ERP or enterprise business systems, including user management, workflows, reporting, dashboards, permissions, and process improvements.
• Strong understanding of data analysis, SQL, reporting tools, and data governance best practices.
• Experience identifying and resolving data quality issues across multiple systems and supporting ongoing data integrity initiatives.
• Familiarity with system integrations, data flows, and connected business applications.
• Ability to partner effectively with Finance, Operations, Supply Chain, and other stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable solutions.
• Experience managing technology vendors, consultants, and third-party service providers.
• Self-starter who is comfortable operating independently in a fast-paced environment.

This individual will take ownership of core systems, reporting, data integrity, and process improvement initiatives while partnering closely with teams across Finance, Operations, Supply Chain, and Sales. Required Qualifications
