Bally's Vicksburg is seeking an IT/Operations professional to manage computer systems, uphold regulatory compliance, and collaborate with department managers to enforce policies at the property in Vicksburg, MS.

The role involves maintaining networks, performing hardware/software upgrades, training staff, preparing system reports, and assisting with budgets. A bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is required along with a MS Gaming License.

Responsibilities

• Provides excellent quality of customer service to co-workers and guests.
• Operates all computer systems, ensuring proper operations of all programs and hardware to maintain compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Works with other department managers and supervisors on a regular basis to ensure enforcement and adherence to company policies and procedures, as well as to ensure compliance to the policies of local, state, and federal regulations.
• Oversees necessary upgrades and changes to hardware and software.
• Maintains computer networks, adding and deleting devices as necessary.
• Maintains system back-ups as scheduled or requested.
• Trains employees to use current property systems.
• Assists, guides, and instructs employees in proper performance of computer operations.
• Prepares system reports as required by company policies and procedures, and state gaming regulations as scheduled or required.
• Prepares data for the department operating budgets and takes action on budget variance items.
