Job summary

Community Health Choice, Inc. is seeking an experienced professional to manage and configure applications such as QNXT and NetworX within CHC.

The role focuses on maintaining performance, developing staff, and partnering with leadership to implement health‑plan initiatives. You will lead configuration efforts, ensure documentation and testing, and collaborate with internal teams and external partners to translate business rules into effective system solutions for Medicaid and other health‑plan

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, business, or related area.
• Four years of related work experience may substitute for the degree.
• 3 years in configuration or application support; QNXT experience required; Texas Medicaid knowledge highly preferred.
• Healthcare experience preferred; payor‑side experience highly preferred.
• Management experience: 1 year of informal or formal leadership, team lead, or project lead experience.
• Computer literacy: PC use, MS Word, MS Excel.

Responsibilities

• Lead configuration/solutions development team in design, development, deployment, and sustainment of business process solutions and software systems/applications.
• 40% – Manages and leads the support and development of system/applications as assigned. Develops standard operating procedures, ensures appropriate configuration updates, commits to proper documentation, testing, reporting, and audit protocols.
• 20% – Acts as a contact for external areas, understanding their business needs, responding to inquiries, investigating and resolving problems, and educating on health‑plan business rules.
• 15% – Monitors reported issues, ensures they are assigned to the appropriate area, determines and resolves root causes, enforces policies and procedures, and communicates resolution to leadership.
• 15% – Provides support to the Project Management Office for major implementation projects.
• 10% – Actively contributes to departmental goals, process improvement plans, and other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications

• Equivalent: Four (4) years of related work experience may substitute for the degree.
• Experience: 3 years in configuration or application support; QNXT experience required; Texas Medicaid knowledge highly preferred.
• Healthcare experience preferred; payor‑side experience highly preferred.
• Management experience: 1 year of informal or formal leadership, team lead, or project lead experience.
• Computer literacy: PC use, P.C. MS Word, MS Excel.

Special Requirements

• Communication: Above average verbal (heavy public contact) and written communication skills.
