Job summary

Neon One seeks a Manager, Internal Systems & AI Orchestration to own the strategy, architecture, and health of our Revenue Operations tech stack, including Salesforce, NetSuite, Data360/Snowflake, and Agentforce. You will manage a Salesforce Administrator and guide AI-driven workflows across GTM teams.

You’ll collaborate with Customer Success, Support, Sales, and Finance to translate objectives into scalable solutions, while enforcing data governance and security standards across integrations.

Qualifications

• 5+ years managing complex GTM and finance systems infrastructure (CRM, ERP, automation).
• Proven experience managing people, projects, and vendor relationships.
• Hands-on experience implementing or managing autonomous AI agents in a live enterprise environment – Salesforce Agentforce strongly preferred.
• Deep technical expertise in Salesforce administration and configuration, NetSuite, and data platforms (Data360/Snowflake).
• Experience with Salesforce Revenue Cloud is an asset.
• Proficiency in prompt engineering and agentic logic design.

Responsibilities

About the Role

The Manager, Internal Systems & AI Orchestration bridges traditional CRM management and modern autonomous agentic systems. You'll own the strategy, architecture, and health of our Revenue Operations technology stack – Salesforce, NetSuite, Data360/Snowflake, and Agentforce – ensuring our GTM and financial systems drive cross‑functional alignment and productivity. You'll also manage a direct report dedicated to Salesforce CRM administration and Agentforce agents. This is an emerging space. We're looking for someone whose AI-first thinking and intellectual curiosity matter as much as direct tool experience.

What You’ll Do

Systems Strategy & Leadership

• Lead the strategy, vision, and roadmap for all GTM and finance systems, including the optimization and integration of Salesforce, NetSuite, Data360, and Agentforce.
• Act as a strategic business partner to Customer Success, Support, Sales, and Finance leadership, translating revenue objectives into clear technical roadmaps – distinguishing user "wants" from structural business "needs" to design scalable, long‑term solutions.
• Manage and develop the Salesforce CRM Administrator, overseeing day‑to‑day operations (user management, profiles, roles, permissions) while building their skills as a modern systems orchestrator through continuous technical upskilling.

Agentic AI Orchestration

• Own the full lifecycle of Salesforce Agentforce agents: design, build, test, deploy, and continuously optimize agent flows that automate workflows across GTM teams and improve the customer journey – moving from rigid linear workflows to goal‑oriented autonomous systems.
• Design complex, non‑linear system logic, prompt engineering models, and dynamic routing; craft and refine prompts that guide agents effectively and prevent hallucinations.
• Establish clear agent scopes, structural guardrails, and programmatic circuit breakers so autonomous agents comply with data security, compliance policies, and brand standards.
• Pressure‑test agents against adversarial prompts and edge‑case scenarios before they go live.

Data & Integrations

• Own the governance, synchronization, and integrity of GTM data flowing into Snowflake via Data360.
• Architect and maintain a high‑fidelity Unified Customer Profile (UCP) as the single source of truth for reporting and execution – and the foundational context layer that keeps AI agents accurate and context‑aware.
• Oversee and optimise API integrations and webhooks so agents and systems act on real‑time data signals (e.g., website behaviour, intent data), minimising sync lag across platforms.
• Manage data migrations and bulk data requests between GTM and financial systems.

Governance, Testing & Release

• Build and manage automated testing suites (unit, integration, UAT) to protect system integrity across releases.
• Define release milestones, track status, and manage the full deployment lifecycle.
• Ensure continuous system health through regular audits, upgrade preparation, and management of third‑party integrations and data feeds.
• Drive advanced Salesforce configuration and development; maintain end‑user documentation and best‑practice coaching. Stay current with Salesforce releases and bring new functionality to the business.

What You’ll Bring

Experience

• Experience as a NetSuite administrator (user access, customisations, data maintenance) and with data platforms (Data360/Snowflake).
• Proficiency in prompt engineering and agentic logic design, including error‑trapping in non‑linear workflows.
• Salesforce Admin Certification or equivalent working experience; NetSuite certification strongly preferred.
